About me

 Welcome to my spot of the digital world! I am Daniel, living in a growing population of New Yorkers in Jersey. I am really starting to enjoy learning all aspects of information technology. This can be from cybersecurity to data center support technologies and solutions. When I am not improving my career outlook, I tend to spend my time reading and watching movies of all sorts.

I do not currently hold any position in the IT field, but it won't be long before I gain entry. My focus has been certifying myself through MOOC's like Coursera to help me get to where I want to be in life. Recently, IT support certification was added to my Linkedin from Credly. That is going to be a boost. My intentions are to immerse myself in the CCST exam content and take the test in the near future and complete a couple more of the Coursera ones. Specifically, the IBM and Google cybersecurity certifications.

Along with all that was mentioned already, my current studies will go very in-depth in internet technologies and cybersecurity at the University of Arizona Global Campus. My first class has taught me a lot of what is in the most basic CompTIA test, which is ITF. This current class has taught me how to ping and tracert IP's and create blogs and delve into the histories of computer software and hardware.

My goal from the program is to learn more and more in my Bachelor's in cybersecurity. I have scheduled courses coming up named Cyb 101, Cyb 102, CBT 200. These courses will build on each other and will provide so much information. By the end of this year, I should easily break into an IT job doing support or help desk and will grow from there.
